RISK DISCLOSURE
This document is a working draft. It describes the project’s current position and does not replace review by a qualified lawyer. Sections marked PENDING COUNSEL are incomplete.
YOU CAN LOSE EVERYTHING
Contributing to the ALEPH DROR Genesis Presale carries a real risk of total loss. You should not contribute money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
$DROR is not a deposit, not a security offered under any prospectus, not a share in any company, and not a claim on the assets, revenue or intellectual property of any entity.
IMPORTANTThere is no guarantee of any return. There is no promise that $DROR will ever be listed, tradable, or worth anything at all.
THE PRODUCT IS IN DEVELOPMENT
ALEPH DROR is one-click privacy software in development, and ALEPH CHAT is its encrypted communication application. The identity layer, routing network, client applications and DROR PAY described on this site are not yet shipped public software.
Presale contributions fund development work. Development may fail, take substantially longer than expected, or produce something materially different from what is described.
- The network may never reach a public release.
- Security review may find issues that delay or prevent deployment.
- Technical approaches described may prove unworkable and be replaced.
- The team may be unable to complete the work for any reason.
MAXIMUM ANONYMITY IS THE PRODUCT GOAL
ALEPH DROR is being developed as one-click privacy software that masks and regularly renews the digital identity exposed across protected internet traffic. ALEPH CHAT uses the same encryption and identity layer for communication designed around maximum anonymity.
A compromised device can expose the keys and data already on it, and an existing external account can retain its own history. The system maximizes anonymity across the internet and chat traffic it protects.
IMPORTANTThe project does not claim to place any person or activity beyond the reach of applicable law, and is not designed to make unlawful activity undetectable.
CRYPTO-SPECIFIC RISKS

- Smart contract and protocol risk: software may contain exploitable defects.
- Network risk: congestion, outages or forks on the underlying chain.
- Counterparty risk in any third-party wallet, bridge or exchange you use.
REGULATORY UNCERTAINTY
The regulatory treatment of crypto assets differs between jurisdictions and is changing. Future regulation may restrict, or prohibit outright, the distribution, transfer or use of $DROR, or the operation of the network.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful for you where you live, and for your own tax position.
